GUY LOMBARDO

Guy Lombardo
"My original major in college was real estate. I flunked accounting mostly due to lack of interest. So as an alternative, I turned to the Humanities, Psychology and the applied arts, Painting, Printmaking, 3-Dimensional Design, and Photography." Guy Lombardo had taken it upon myself to explore unused general study humanities courses to explore the “old guard” of our times, Carl Jung's archtypes, Fritz Perls, Gestalt, Freud, Color psychology, Psychology of color and space, Feng Shui, constructivism. He ended somewhere within the teachings of neuro linguistic programing, existentialis and radical extremism.

"To make a long story short, I had decided to be an art therapist!" Shapes, symbols, colors, and space captivated me... Ink blots and athematic perception charts, art as a tool, mirror, and catalyst for personal observation. Guy Lombardo was ¾’s of the way through his studies when he became a single dad, and the art studio usurped the psychologist’s chair.
