SURREAL VISIONS VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
As a painter, I concentrate on an attitude, a confrontational message to the
viewer, or some other nuance that establishes an inner forlornness.
The viewer can then make a personal connection and interpretation.
I accomplish the setting through my own sense of joy or pain and by use of dramatic
lights and shadows through colors of my palette.
I have studied with such notable artists as David Leffel, a living master; Everett Raymond Kinstler, official White House and The Smithsonian portraitist; William Scott Jennings of Sedona, AZ; Ken Auster of Laguna Beach, CA, and Mary Beth McKenzie and Wolf Kahn of New York City.
